help changing email

I just realized that the email address I have registered under my name (samreinhart@hotmail.com) is my old one, which I haven't used in a long time. I tried to change it to my current one (samreinhart@gmail.com) and went through the whole process. But when I got the email to confirm the email address change, the two links it sent me did not work. It said something along the lines of the validation code not matching the login name.<br>
