Yesterday, my son and I were at Ingram Mall where we had a great time listening to your representatives and enjoying the show "Coyote" put up. It was great!! But, when Coyote was taking pictures with the kids we went up to him (2 kids in line at that time). I told my son to get in line and he would be next. With my son standing but an inch away from Coyote, right when I held my camera to take their picture because my son was next, Coyote turned and picked someone who came out of nowhere. Needless to say this happened several times to my son. Feeling ignored and pushed aside by Coyote, he cried all the way home. While at home he could not stop crying. I just don't understand why fans have to be treated that way. I am a middle school teacher. The school I work at is one of the few middle schools who support your Spurs Challenge programs for the students and I understand how busy your mascot gets also. But I am the adult and a child takes things to heart and is easily hurt. No matter what a parent tries to explain all they see is that they got rejected. Can you please explain to me how this works so that I may tell it to my son? Thank you for listening. <br>
Sincerely, Mrs. R.J.
