Time Zone for Forum Posts

I notice that the time zone used for posts is currently Mountain Time. I thought this was something that could be set to Central Daylight Time?<br>

Here's the answers I got from Ezboard Help Forum:<br>

To all administrators: Daylight Savings time begins in US Sunday Morning, April 2 at 2 am.<br>
This means you will need to adjust your board's time just as you would adjust clocks in your home. This adjustment can be made in the 'General Settings' section of your control center.<br>

If you are in the Eastern time zone: Adjust your board time to time zone -4.<br>
<br>
If you are in the Central time zone: Adjust your board time to time zone -5.<br>
<br>
If you are in the Mountain time zone: Adjust your board time to time zone -6.<br>
<br>
If you are in the Pacific time zone: Adjust your board time to time zone -7.<br>

There are 3 time and date settings for your ezboard community.<br>
<br>
Time Zone - Your time zone is the number of hours from the Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). (i.e., EST is -5 , PST is -8). Select your time zone from the list or enter an offset - note that the server clock does not automatically adjust for daylight savings.<br>
Date Format - Select the date format you would like to use for your community.<br>
Time Format - Select whether you would like to use 12-hour or 24-hour time for your community.<br>

How to set the time zone for your community<br>

1. Log in to your Control Center.<br>
2. Click on the My Community tab and manage the correct community.<br>
3. Click on the General Settings button.<br>
4. In the time zone field, select the correct time zone from the drop down menu.<br>
5. When you are finished, click on the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.<br>

(Note that during daylight savings time or "summer time", you will need to set your time zone one hour forward; for example the East coast of the US will use –4 instead of –5, the United Kingdom will use +1 instead of 0, etc.)<br>
