Why don't the emoticons or wallpapers work for me?

I'm getting a bunch of red xs when someone is posting using an emoticon or when someone is posting a wallpaper on the Graphics and Photos forum. please post in this thread if there is more you guys are unable to view. I'm trying to get everything back up but it takes a ton of time. If you give me the url of something in particular you are missing I'll do my best to get it back up asap. <p></p><i></i>
