I don't think it's funny. I think it's sad. Very sad.<br>

The quality of officiating in the NBA has sunken to deplorable levels. Rules just aren't enforced anymore, unless it's convenient.<br>

There should be no such thing as "superstar/rookie" calls. There should be no reason for refs to "swallow their whistles" in the fourth quarter. A foul in the first is the same as a foul in the fourth.<br>

Somehow, refs today don't seem to know that a travel is a violation. A handcheck is a foul. A slap on the wrist of the shooter is a foul. A climb over the back on a rebound is a foul. Stepping over the foul line on a free throw before it hits the rim is a violation. Using the off elbow to hold and spin around a defender is a foul. Carrying the ball on a crossover dribble is a violation. Going through a defender who has established position is a foul.<br>

It just turns me off to the NBA in general. I actually lost all interest in the game outside of the Spurs. I don't watch any games except Spurs games anymore. Including the playoffs and finals. It's not a competition anymore, it's WWF.<br>

quality of officiating sux well that the way the game IS... love it or not. its the way the game has been played with HUMAN ERROR ats its SCRAPE goat but thats the ( L )been that way and will till we get ROBO-REFFS ..im SURE the REFS are the BEST and TRY there BEST.... tphuey, i think everything dat u jezz said was all completely true and everyone knows it. every laker fan r in denial. out of all my friendz dat loves da lakerz had every excuse. i onlie got one person to admit it and i explain everything to her for like an hour and i guess she finallie realize it 'cuz we watch the replay. so i don't think dat u can get him to admit it. <p></p><i></i>

I liked the Fiesta colors. I won't miss the pink pompoms though.<br>

For me, silver and black, is awfully bland. Face it, we're talking black and white here. It reminds me of the generic wrapping of the low cost store brands. If they would just give us one color, any color, for contrast I would be happy. <p></p><i></i>
