Pop is not as bad as people say and Phil is not as good as people say. The real truth is that the Spurs need one more piece and they just need to bring it. Pop can't give them the desire to win - they have to find that within themselves! They had the Lakers beat - they let it slip away. Plain and simple. They have to want it more. <p></p><i></i>

Phil Jackson's team has been underachieving all year. They squeaked by the playoffs, and were hardly the dominant team they should have been.
