Here is a link that i picked up off the web. It tells about all the incidents from him career. Below is the D-Rob story...

David Robinson's Preview of Wrestlemania

In April of 1998, Malone was suspended yet again for a flagrant elbow. The injured victim was David Robinson of the San Antonio Spurs. He was fined $5,000 and suspended for one game. It ended his starts streak of 543. Malone apologized to Robinson after the game.

The Utah Jazz clinched the division title with a win over San Antonio Wednesday night, thanks to some "heroics" from Karl Malone. According to the Associated Press:

(AP) - David Robinson was knocked unconscious and suffered a concussion after being hit in the head by Karl Malone's elbow 2 1/2 minutes into Wednesday night's San Antonio-Utah game in which the Jazz beat the Spurs 98-88. Robinson was revived after about two minutes following the first-quarter collision [...] and was escorted from the floor to the locker room. [...] Robinson was guarding Malone near the basket when the Utah forward received a pass from John Stockton. As Malone turned toward the basket, his left elbow caught Robinson on the right side of the head. Robinson immediately dropped to the floor, without breaking his fall with his hands or arms. [...] Robinson was was called for a foul on the play.
On Tuesday night, Golden State forward Donyell Marshall broke a rib when he was accidentally kneed by Malone, who scored an NBA season-high 56 points in the game.

So THAT'S Malone's secret -- win an important game by disabling the opponent's best player, and score a lot of points by injuring the
defender! Oh, I misstated it: Marshall broke his own rib, and according to Malone-loving officials, Robinson illegally hit Malone's elbow with his head. I'm surprised they didn't call "3 Seconds" or "Delay of Game" on Robinson, as well, as he lay senseless on the floor!

No wonder so many people hate the Jazz.

You see, this is the NBA, and it's not so important WHAT
happened as WHO did it. If that was JR Reid he'd be back in Europe. But it
was the Mailman, so he'll probably get away scott-free.

The NBA actually DOES have a rule involving elbows. In fact, it's mentioned
in three different places in the rules that an elbow which makes contact
above shoulder level is grounds for immediate ejection. Of course, David
Robinson was actually whistled for a foul on that play last night. As his
limp body was falling to the floor he was assessed a blocking foul -
evidently it's not legal to hit Malone's flying elbow with your head.

ESPN poll: Only 29.8% of respondents though it was an accident.

Avery Johnson said. "He should be suspended. You saw the replay. Two plus two equals four." Of course, only some people saw the replay. Jazz officials refused to allow the replay to be shown in the stadium on the big screens.
Its a rough game, and can you fault Malone? As long as the punk @ss refs let him get away with it, its not his problem.

You ever notice every NBA veteran from mid 80's back can tell you who the "enforcer" on his squad was. There was a guy on the team who went out and physically responded to this type of play. What happened???

They were talking on the TBDSS about how players today are soft and don't want to work hard. Even though I'm not a big fan of that show I would have to agree.

Not his problem? Sure, the refs have a lot to do with the issue, but what do u tell me about Malone not caring how bad can he injure another player?. Up to date he hasn't hurt anyone badly enough, but what if someday he elbows someone in an eye really hard?. Is he OK with the fact that the players he hits may not be able to work because he had to be such an @ss?. He should think that other players are not his enemies, but players just like him. See them as coworkers who are just doing their jobs. Even more, the guys he injures today, might be his teammates tomorrow!. What's he gonna tell them "Sorry man, you know how this is, I just HAD to smack the crap out of ya, no hard feelings?".
have u watched malone shoot? His elbows are always way out in front of his body. Its his technique and he makes good shots.... if nash is gonna run into him while hes shooting he should expect to get hit with an elbow.. its the first thing to hit. And if he does hit his elbow he should be called for a foul. Duncan did the same thing to malone also and got called for a foul. Suspending him is rediculous..

19 years, 9 suspensions. Martin had almost that many in a year.
So now because Martin is a major dumb***, it suddenly makes Malone a nice guy?. Some players don't get suspended in their whole careers.

The Ramer incident

When Malone was in college, he threw an elbow that send Dave Ramer to the hospital and ended his career. His coach had to force him to at least apologize to the man as he writhed in agony on the court.

From the December 6, 1984 Washington Post:

Rice junior center Dave Ramer will undergo reconstructive surgery Friday in Houston to repair multiple injuries suffered in what Coach Tommy Suitts says was an intentional elbowing incident in Monday's game against Louisiana Tech. Ramer has a depressed cheekbone, fractures above and below his right eye socket and a collapsed sinus after the incident involving Louisiana Tech's Karl Malone.

Ramer required plastic surgery to reconstruct his face and never played basketball again.

Karla destroyed Dave's face with his patented elbow move and just walked
away. His coach was so appalled that he had the disrespect to treat a
collegian who's career he just ruined (and possible scholarship to boot)
that he went out on the court and told Karla to go back and show some
decency and concern.

His coach made him go out there and act like he cared. It was obvious that
he didn't. I think he muttered some forced apology.

I'd like to share a Karla story that I just found out about. Back in the
80's, he was playing for Louisiana Tech and they were playing a game against
Rice. Karl went up for a rebound and came down swinging his elbows into the
face of a Rice freshman. He literally broke his face - shattered the
cheekbones. The guy was down on the court screaming in pain. Karl just sort
of looked at him and walked away. The Louisiana Tech coach could be heard
telling Karl that he needed to go over there and show some concern. So
eventually he went and gave some sort of quick half-hearted apology. The
Rice player never played basketball again - his career had been ended right
there by these elbows that so many NBA players know about.
So, for those who want to nominate him for Sports Jerk, there's yet more
evidence that he's been doing this for a long time and hasn't been sorry
about it. -- from Isabel

Amazingly, instead of going to jail or being sued, Malone went on to the NBA and his career flourished. But he didn't stop sending people to the hospital.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now back to the matter at hand. Does anybody follow hockey???
See the stick check a few years back that got the player arrested for assault? Do you think for one minute that somewhere in the U.S. or Canada that some D.A. who needs a little media exposure hasn't thought about charging Malone. I've seen the Nash incident and Malone actually leans over to make sure he makes contact. Video evidence is hard to refute. You think a Dallas jury would walk him on an assault charge??? Laugh if you want but it is coming. Someday very soon. When they put the cuffs on it won't make any difference how many times he was allowed to do it in the NBA. The law applies to athletes when they are playing (that has already been established and upheld). The NBA needs to rethink how they are currently handling these situations before its taken out of their hands.

Quote:
It's a contact sport, get over it...

I've played organized and street ball most of my life. In street ball you try that and you will definitely get your ass kicked. On the HS level its 100% not allowed. I thought the collegian game was clear but reading the article I just posted apparently not 100%. This has no place in the NBA. If they are going to allow this kind of play then they also must turn a blind eye to absolute brutal, vicious and malicious retaliation fouls that knock the original offender out of the game for weeks or months. It would only take a couple of games at this level before the players union got everybody together and the made an agreement to play nice. NBA not NFL. If you getting them confused I'd guess you about high-school aged or you never played the game.
You must not have watched the video. Nash did not run into Malones elbow, Malone swung his elbow in an arc and came across Nash's face. It is the kind of deliberate thing he has done for year. Like when he put Davids lights out.

WTF??? I didn't know that!. Ok that's too much, how can people still say that's just part of how he plays?. Even if it was, it's hazardous for others.

Quote:
So, for those who want to nominate him for Sports Jerk, there's yet more evidence that he's been doing this for a long time and hasn't been sorry

This supports my opinion about Malone being a bad guy. How couldn't he even apologize knowing that he had shuttered a guy's dreams and prevented him of making a living in basketball?. I don't know you but I would feel pretty damn devastated if I had to carry that responsibility on my shoulders. I mean, think about Zo, how bad he must feel because he can't play again. Then think of this guy, who couldn't ever play pro because some other player had to show him who was tough. At least Zo can think it was nobody's fault, but Ramer knows that if it hadn't been for Malone, he would be playing the game he loves.

Worst thing is, it's a bad thing if you do it, but it's even worse if you're not sorry for it.
