Jackie- figured I'd give others a shot first. 
 
...if Kobe Bryant is on your team. 
 
...if your head coach got fired. Multiple times. 
 
...your role players more closely resemble the cast from Star Trek than actual athletes. (Minny) 
 
...the new team arena is being built next to the state pennitentary for convenience purposes. 
 
...if Nike paid your player NOT to take the court for fear of its image 
 
...if you end the season on a 9-game losing streak. And you're proud it's not worse. (NO) 
 
...if you trade for Malik and don't take full advantage of him <img src=http://www.sahoops.net/smilies/rock.gif ALT=":rock"> _______________________

If you spend 180 Million dollar to improve your team, and they do worse then the team of rejects and outcast you had last year. 
 
if the Highlight of your season is having a player win the dunk contest.
