Actually it was Central Park Mall with the Hoolihans...which then became Broad Street which then became Park Place.

It used to be where the Cheesecake Factory is now. North Star Mall.

Central Park Mall is right next to North Star, on the other side of San Pedro. Central Park is the one that used to have a Luby's and a carousel (sp)

Really? WOW! Living in San Antonio since 1970 I would have NEVER KNOWN THAT. Hmm.....what else can we come up with....let see...that brick thing across from Ripley's downtown is the Alamo right? That tall-ass thing that looks like a needle is the Tower of Americas, I think and that huge building that looks like an upside-down armadillo..hmmm that is the Alamodome right. There is no need to point out the extremely obvious when the merely obvious will do. :rolleyes Dude...I messed up the Houlihans (no "g" folks) but I think I know the difference between North Star and Central Park Malls and where they are.
