Wow, why are they so expensive?

Looks like the ones on Amazon are a lot cheaper but they are knockoffs.

They are so expensive because only the old generation of gamecube had the input for a component cable. And since at the time no body had HD TVs or the use of component, they took the component slot out of the newer generation models.

Since they are so rare, they are usually really expensive to purchase online. Select gamestop stores have them used for 4.99 but we have yet to find a store that has it.
