The only thing I can think of is that this is based soley on last year. If so, it does make a little sense, esp with Timmy struggling with the foot injury all year. But then again, he looked like his old self again in the Mavs series.

Im more worried about Nash being in front of Tim rather than Dirk who actually had a good Finals.... Nash is so overrated, he is a good point gaurd makes his team better.... but not top 5 over a player who went further with injurys
..... and World Peace

That is such BS.

Everyone knows Kobe is the top dog. For all of Wade's improvements and LeBron's greatness Kobe is on another level. Those that don't agree just have memory problems. Kobe is the most feared player in the league in terms of clutchness. Bar none. No one is more dominant in every facet of the game than Kobe. He defends with the best of them. He has one of the purest shots in the game. He is a rediculously underrated distributor and his toughness and basketball IQ simply can not be questioned.

All of these other 2s are extremely valuable players and any one of them could end up being the top dog in 4 or 6 years. Carmelo, Wade, Areanas, and LeBron are all tied for 2nd in my book.

In terms of Big Men, Dirk over Tim is a joke and warrants no explanation. The numbers can do all the talking. KG slipping so far is really hard to fathom if you think back a couple of years. His game is still improving every year but it goes to show you that if your team doesn't win, no one will notice. For all the respect I have for KG (enough to rank him above Dirk) I still have no doubt that if you switch places for Tim and KG, Tim would have a bigger impact and far greater success even with the 2nd rate supporting cast KG has.

I'd go
1. Kobe
2. Tim
3. Wade
4. LeBron
5. KG
6. Dirk
7. Carmello
8. Arenas
9. AI
10. TMac

Wade is not ever closer to Duncan.I don't know what that list is based on but it really stupid. If you take that list by rings then Kobe and Tim should be tied for #1.But if you take that list for potential then I'd say
1)Lebron
2)Kobe
3)Duncan

And Duncan was much better when he was younger. You can all remember the series agaisnt the Knicks.Duncan was simply the best player.period.He hits those bank-shots like they were layups.
I miss those days

That list is stupid. Also stupid because a guy like Tim Duncan is incomparable. His skills are unique. NO FREAKING WAY Dirk or any power forward is ahead of Tim. More fuel for the fire. Tim is gonna mow down the league next season at his position, be it C or PF.
