What i think is laughable is the NY people keep trying to bring up the David Lee for Tony Parker that is at best. please they have to do better than David Lee for Tony Parker and they have no draft picks.

They need to come up with something better

I doubt Parker goes anywhere this summer. If he goes it'll be next summer and if he goes to NY it'll probably be just him signing with them, no sign-and-trade. They have nothing we need or want.

I find it hard to believe that Amare could influence Tony.

Yes he is, by his own admission, gone. He sees that Tim is in what is most likely , his last year in the league. He does not want to stick around for the rebuilding process. SO , we sure as hell better get some value for him now because by years end it will be too late.

I agree with you ice but the time for trading and getting "value" for him was last summer. It's too late now. No one will give us anything for a player with one year left that will not re-sign with them, except for maybe NY and they have nothing we want. Maybe the Lakers would give us Gasol for him
