Game Preview

The upcoming schedule this week was already going to be a challenge for the Miami Heat.

Playing it without injured star guard Dwyane Wade would make it significantly tougher.

With Wade out for at least this game, the struggling Heat open a five-game homestand Tuesday night against the San Antonio Spurs, who are again trying to carry their home success to the road.

Good test for Kawhi Leonard tonight, guarding LeBron. Again, with the unknown length of contract given to Malcolm Thomas, hopefully the Spurs can build a lead, so he can get some minutes on the floor. I'm looking for any viable option to replace Bonner in the rotation, unlikely I know, but I'd rather have a defensive big out there, than a "3 point specialist" who hasn't been so special this year.

Corey Joseph most likely will get his 2nd call at the back up PG spot tonight, just run the offense, and don't turnover the ball.

Don't have to wait long for the game, with a 6:30 starting time.

Beautiful way to end the half. Green should get 6 points for that shot.

Some reason LeBron decided to shoot 3s for once in a game...

Missed the game but I taped it. Maybe I should burn the tape.

It wouldn't be Spurs basketball without the yearly "soft" statement from Pop

MaxSportsSA Maximum Sports
Pop said Spurs should be embarrassed with how soft they played in 2nd vs. MIA. As ticked as he's been all year; should be fun flight to ORL.
