1.

Tony Parker
Manu Ginobili
Kobe Bryant
Tim Duncan
Oberto/Elson/Butler/Horry

2.

Dwayne Wade
Tim Duncan
Oberto/Elson/Butler/Horry

3.

Tony Parker
Manu Ginobili
Lebron James
Tim Duncan
Oberto/Elson/Butler/Horry

*If you think all three would be equally successful, then just pick which team is BETTER, and why.

I'm so tempted to say Lebron James, but....ah, Lebron James....ok wait...I like Kobe Bryant with the Spurs. I like the fact that Kobe is more mature and distributes the rock every monsoon season, so Tony and Manu could get some. Plus Tim is a superstar who evidently is not too preoccupied with stats.

Also, Kobe can defend AND he's my favorite player ever not in a Spurs uniform and not including David Robinson.

I think that ALL of them would win an effortless championship, but the lineup with Kobe would be devastating.

Do NOT discount Dwayne Wade's 2006 Finals magic against Dallas, and in doing so, recall the Spurs' struggles against Dallas' defense from time to time. Wade was simply stellar at times, a one-man Jordanesque wrecking crew.

Also, recall the ease at which Kobe Bryant disgraced the Spurs in the 2001 WCF.

And, check out Lebron's uncanny passing, rebounding, scoring and professionalism at such a young age.

Which is it?

I would rank the likelihood like this:

1) Team with Kobe

2) Team with Dwyane

3) Team with Lebronze

The 'ze' part of Lebronze is key. The guy absolutely stunk it up in the olympics, and I have no reason to believe he'd shine in an NBA finals.

Kobe has 3 rings and he just plays clutch when you need him to.

Wade is dayamn good, but he's just not Kobe-good yet on offense, and he probably never will be a defender like Kobe (Kobe turns it on in the post season).

I think the the Lebron team and I'll explain why.

In the Kobe team,Kobe is going to play out of his position as a small foward and it is going to make some problems on defense. And Kobe likes the ball at his hands all the time and won't pass the ball to the others.Remeber why Shaq left? because Kobe wanted to be the star so just think of him playing with Tim,Tony and Manu?? I don't think the chemistry will work.

The Wade team will be fast but will have the same problems on defense with Manu playing a SF and Wade playing the guard.Wade is an undersized SG and the same will be with Manu if his plays foward.

And that's why I think that the Lebron team will be the best.Lebron loves to pass and knows when to score. He will be great learning from Tim and sharing the ball with Tony. And he can guard fowards with no problems as he is 6'8.

Ory, I hear ya, BUUUUUT, remember that Kobe is "grown up" now. Apparently he is more of a team player and doesn't force the issue too much. He's passing more and he has the size and athleticism to dominate just about anyone at the SF position.

I would pick the Kobe team as the best.

My old friend,Kobe might be grown up now but he is still Kobe.I've check his stats and he is attempting 18.47 shots per game while passing 4.5 assists per game.Last season he attempted 27.16 shots per game while passing the same amount of assists with 4.5 per game.
For his entire career his is averging 18.39 shots per game while passing 4.5 assists.Kobe is still Kobe and he loves the ball at his hands all the time.

On the other hand Lebron is having 19.6 shots per game but with 6.8 apg this season and 20.89 shots per game for his career and 6.6 apg.

Don't get me wrong.Kobe is a great all-around player. But he is a much selfish player than Lebron or Wade.

Ofcourse the one with LeBron in it, because he makes the players around him better, and he isnt a ball-hog, like KOBE is, and for Wade, you dont need another SG besides Manu.
