FAQs

What is NBA Summer League?
NBA Summer League is the NBA's yearly summer showcase. All 30 NBA teams, along with a team of NBA D-League All-Stars, will compete in games hosted in Orlando and Las Vegas from July 5 - July 18. Summer League is often fans' first chance to see their team's top draft choices in live game action - and 10 of the top 14 picks are expected to participate this summer!

Which players have participated in NBA Summer League in previous years?
Partial list: Kevin Durant, Derrick Rose, Tyreke Evans, Jameer Nelson, Sebastian Telfair, Randy Foye, Nate Robinson, Brandon Jennings, Blake Griffin, Jonny Flynn

How many Summer League games will there be in 2010?
There will be approximately 75 Summer League games this year in total, with each team playing about 5 games; that means that each day of Summer League 2010 will be packed with exciting NBA action all day long! Check out the full Summer League 2010 schedule of games.

I don't live in the United States; can I still purchase and use Summer League Broadband?
Yes, you can - although we do have a short list of restricted countries where this will unfortunately not be the case. If you live in a non-restricted territory, all you will need is a PayPal account to purchase Summer League Broadband.

What are "blackout restrictions"?
Unfortunately, sports blackouts are a factor in every programming distribution service. Blackouts are determined primarily according to who has the rights to broadcast a given game in a given area, and are defined by the NBA. Blackouts take place when a game is televised locally in your area via a regional sports network or an over-the-air station. If a game is blacked out on Summer League Broadband in your local area, you should tune to your local station to see the game. For our broadband products, blackout games are determined by the zip code location of your Internet Service Provider
