He is more of a SG at 6'5", but like I said he filled in admirably for Arenas/Daniels when they were both hurt, so he can actually play some point. Probably not quite as well as Bones and Manu, but he's at a better height to matchup defensively with normal-sized PG's. Like I said put a bigger body on someone like Deron-W

Childress will start fielding offers once Josh Smith gets signed by LAC or ATL.

If Smith stays with the Hawks then look for Childress to end up elsewhere, unfortunately it isn't gonna be San Antonio as we only have about $2M of the MLE leftover. He will definitely get a better offer from elsewhere, even the Hawks.

There is someone I have always like who would be worth 2 million or less.
Shaun Livingston.
I always rooted for the kid but he always caught a bad break. He was drafted by the clippers thats a bad start to begin with. He has loads of potential but Idk if he could come back from his knee injury. It really wouldn't hurt to sign him IMO.
What do you think???
I know I'm really going out on a limb for this one, but not many other teams would want to take a chance.

Livingston had his rights renounced by Clippers today (smart move as they would have had to give him a $5.8 million dollar qualifying offer), which ultimately makes him an unrestricted free agent.

As far as signing him? No point doing that until he proves he can come back from one of the most devastating knee injuries we have seen in any sport in the last decade, maybe ever, it was naaaaasty and he destroyed all of his tendons and cartilage. I don't ever wanna watch it again to be honest, I am pretty disgusted that I saw it even once.

It was way worse than just an ACL injury, it was all the ligaments.

Yeah I've seen.
For those who haven't seen it don't watch it!
It will make you sick its pretty gross.
Most of us have seen (or experienced) a really really really bad ankle sprain before and they are not pretty.
Just imagine that happening to a knee the way it rolls.
It was pretty bad he might as well have cut his leg off at the knee it was pretty bad.
But I would still want to sign him. If he proves himself later on he will be to expensive. While if we get him now he will be cheap.

Even though the Clips renounced his rights (Livingston's), word is they are still gonna try to re-sign him.

I don't think we'll be able to land Delfino so I hope we go after Diawara or give Malik Hairston a chance.
