Raja Bell

He has been waived by the Warriors. He would be a great pick up for the Spurs, even with his not fully healed wrist. I am ignorant of how the salary situation would play out though. Bell was making $5,250,000 in 2010.

It would cost the Spurs very little if he clears waivers and would like to sign with the Spurs. They can offer him a vet minium contract (about $1.2 million per year) of either the remainder of the year or this year and next year. He would likely only agree to the remainder of the season unless he really feels his NBA career is in serious jeopardy. The Spurs would then pay him a pro rated amount for the games remaining and the NBA itself would reimburse the Spurs a portion of this money since it is a vet minimum contract. The only other hit would be the luxury tax the Spurs would have to pay by adding more money to the overall salary base. This is taxed $1 per $1 over the tax threshold.

Raja Bell will be a great addition instead of Bogans.
