Spurs Summer League 2009

First news I've heard is that Alex Garcia, former Spur, will be on the roster this year. I'm hoping he plays well an can replace Vaughn as the Spurs 3rd PG. Hopefully he still remembers the Spurs system, which might give him an advantage during the Summer League

Hell if the Spurs have a roster of :

PG: Parker, Hill, Garcia
SG: Manu, Mason, Hairston
SF: Bowen, Gist, (free agent)
PF: Duncan, (free agent)
C: Mahinmi, Thomas, (free agent)

I'd be really happy

Spurs should try any combination of Bonner, Vaughn, Oberto and Udoka in trades or sign and trade deals, or draft night deals for an NBA player(s) either SF/PF/C

Maybe I am reading too much into your post but would you be happy with Ian and Bowen starting next year?

yeah I didn't mean those as starters per say, I was just listing roster spots, I always like to have 3 players for each position

If he would sign for the league minimum he would be a nice third string point guard.
