Trade Rumors

First of all, Yes I love my Spurs! I know this is a business and business decisions have to be made! And, yes, we are the oldest team in the league! However, that doesn't necessarily mean you break the team apart! Peter Holt, even made a reference to the bulls and what they did after their sixth championship! I think the Manu, Tim, and Tony are peaking as a cohesive group, along with Bowen!
I think we will keep the core team for another year, in order to give the team a chance to repeat!
Again, this is just my opinion. If the Spurs don't repeat, then really expect some big time moves! Hey, remeber Malik! He was a great role player! A fan favorite, However, his ballooned contract made him expendable! So, I really don't think Manu, is off limits, but he is to valuable off the bench and his unorthodox playing style makes him to big of an asset to trade him. Who else is going to go off in the fourth quarter the way Manu does! He can shoot the three, drive, pass, hit amazing shots from unthinkable angles! Trading Manu is not going to happen, so anyone talking about Manu being traded is just trying to create a buzz!

Thanks for reading,

As much as I LOVE manu everyone other than Timmie and Tony is tradable under th rigth conditions.

However, for what we are paying Manu, I can't think of a scenario where we would get soemthing of equal or greater value in return......

The probable is the only players worth trading him for well ain't worth it.

Kobe or Garnet would be worth it talent wise but do we really want them on the team.

Shawn Marion wants to be one of the main guys and he not as good as Manu in many ways and his contract is stupid high.

Paul Pierce maybe but what about his defense.

Now I take Lebron but that will never happen.

So the production vs cost you be stupid to trade Manu.

Give me one player that someone in their right mind give up that could replace manu
