why doesn't 14Dave have his own Sig contest for clubSpurs?

Sorry guys with all due respect, But I am not buying your excuses.

First off it does not take much time to do this thing, All you do is spend 30 minutes on the rules and you say Go! How hard can that be? And if you guys are really that busy how do you have time to make all these wallpapers and $hit?

I rather you say this sounds great but I want someone else to be responsible for it. Now that I can understand.

On a side note, (my 2 cents) folks who go to a forum and can't read anything unless they are a member will most likely never come back, But the person who gets to read for free my visit more than once and may join when they feel comfortable, But if you rather have the person who joins and comes by once a year over the person who does not join buy visits every day? Then more power to you I guess.

all n all , It was just a spur of the moment idea to have this, no one got hurt in the process and from now on I will keep my ideas in the closet.

You know thats cool but we have it like this cause its better for us, OK. If you saw in the past month or two we got alot of spamers with guest or simple logins about xxx sites and other stuff. Its better if they sign up and get a email verification. And it did slow down some what.

forum spam has been really bad lately. Spam in general is bad, I used to get so much comment spam on my blog and podcast page that I had to install a plugin to deal with it.

We can just do this when someone has more time, I understand how it is, especially with a job and a life to go with this stuff. No big deal.
