Cold Cold day in LA............

No, Really its been colder than Normal this time last year it was 108deg.....<br>

it all started last night for me dident sleep well at all. as posted I had a bad dream about this game. could get any worse...or could it watched the First half at home and hurried to my friends house where all the BOYZ could watch... sad to say out of the ten people that where there 4 of us were Lakers FANS 2 spurs FANS and the rest just haters...yes there tons of them in LA>...<br>

score was Close at the half so i wasent sweatin it... we all when out to the back yard where there i saw it ...the LUNAR ECLIPSE.....<br>

its all a big bad BLUR from then on.<br>

Being a long time Cowboy fan, i know what you mean. I've always hated dealing with those who root for my boys to lose. Just for the sake of them losing.<br>

However. I gurantee,the majority of the people on this board are just happy the Spurs are advancing. Is it sweet justice beating the team that has knocked you out the last 2 years? Hell yeah. Is it even sweeter, that team was a 3 time defending champ? Or that they were from a heavily marketed, media darling L.A.? Oh yeah!<br>

But if we lose the next round or the one after that. This series win will not have meant a thing. It's all about winning the ring!!!!!!!!!!! <p></p><i></i>

For someone to not have a team and root against a team JUST because they have been successful means they are a real pu$$y. SAmikeyp -- I agree pick a team and stay with them. Even the Cowboys learned that they had quite a few fair weather fans once they started losing. I have been a Spurs fan since they became the Spurs in 1976; I have been a St. Louis Cardinal fan since I was 10 years old and since the same time frame I have been a football Cardinal fan so I think I understand about loyalty!! The Lakers have had a nice run and now it is over. Doesn't mean that they can't start a new run -- God help us!<br>

People hated the Cowboys for the same reason, I knew quite a few, not all, but quite a few Cowboy fans during that era that were difficult to be around if you were not a Cowboy fan. Personally KC Chiefs have been my team since I was a small child, and back in the Dorsett/ Staubach era, I liked the Cowboys also, but not as much, but when Jerry Jones bought the team, they changed for me. I just hated him so much, that i could no longer like the team. As for the NBA, there are a few teams I pull for, of course the Spurs are my all time favorite, but there are other teams I like also. I became a Faker Hater, not because of their success, but their arrogance, I never hated the Bulls when they were on their run, because they won with a certain level of dignity, that LA could never achieve.
