And I am not talking about the arrogant Fakers, but the refs this time.<br>
In these times when officiating has been put in a bad spotlight I was amazed to see it happen with my own eyes just yesterday when I saw the Fakers "beat" the Raptors in OT in Canada live over here on dutch TV.<br>

I was so astonished to see how the refs just made the Fakers come out of their losing streak.<br>
I know, I know you can't put it on the refs they do their job and it's a difficult one.<br>
If Toronto just played better they wouldn't have to talk about the refs, but GEEEZZZZZ last night!!!?!?!!<br>
<br>
Besides the unbelievable things the refs let Shaq do beaneath the basket it was just outrageous!<br>
I saw him palm the ball with one hand standing in the post numerous times while literally grabbing the player that came to doubleteam him by the arm, holding that same arm while he turned around to put the ball in the basket.<br>
<br>
And than everytime somebody vagely touches that fatt azz you hear a whissle be blown.<br>
In the last minutes of regular playing time the refs called 2 fouls on occasions when 2 Fakers drove to the basket.<br>
I can't remember who the 1st one was, but the last one I can clearly describe for you because that play was the final drop in the bucket for me to get pissed and write this post bashing the refs (especially that old guy with the toupee).<br>

Shaq drove the basket.<br>
Voshon Lenard was beneath the basket with 5 fouls.<br>
Shaq went up for the lay-in.<br>
Lenard knowing he couldn't foul O'Neal leaned back to let Shaq have easy acces to the hoop not touching him at all.<br>
A whissle sounded and Voshon went crazy.......and he had every right to.<br>
This takes the fun out of playing basketball and made me see that games are fixed.<br>
And again, it wasn't just this play.<br>

In the very last minute of the game Morris Peterson set his shot up behind the arc pulling up for a trey.<br>
He made the gamewinning shot.<br>
The whole Toronto bench went crazy 'cause that was the winning shot!<br>
The Faker bench was crushed 'cause Peterosn made that shot right before their noses.<br>
Lenny Wilkens was congratulating his players 'cause he, just as the rest in the ACC, saw that the ref standing closest to Morris hd his hand in the air signaling for a perfect three........he got overruled by the toupee guy.....<br>

Trust me, the ref who could see it best had his arm way up in the air signaling for a perfect threepoint shot.<br>

NBA wanted the Fakers to finally win a game and they instructed the refs that same thing.<br>
I don't care what people say, that was the most unsportsmanlike basketball game I ever seen.<br>

Than again, the Fakers know they should have won this game.<br>
Toronto playing without Carter and Davis is a team the Fakers need to beat with ease.<br>
But the Raptor group on the court fought their hearts out and Jerome Williams put the crowd in the game with his ultimate hussle play (I love to watch that guy's work ethic). I don't think this game will change anything in the minds of the Fakers though.<br>
They know they still suck.<br>
