Im talking about East Coast basketball
last night i tried to force myself to watch detroit play NJ and after having a steady diet of mavs/kings or spurs/lakers or now mavs/spurs. i just couldn't watch that crap anymore, albeit i enjoy watching Kidds passing ability and Kenyon Martin throw one down or even BenWall swat one away, its still just boring basketball and i really dont think that its because of such great defense

so my thought on this is:

is it that eastcoast teams play great defense or is it that they just dont have players that can score like the west.
just because a player shoots and misses the basket doesn't necessarily mean that the other team played good defense. maybe the player just cant shoot

in two games versus the detroit pistons who are suppose to have one of the best defenses in the league
the mavs beat them 102-82 and 114-75 respectfully
and the spurs beat them a game 108-76
