The series is not over, but Mavs fans have confidence. From all the games I've seen over the last few years, the Blazers and Kings pose more problems for Dallas on offense and defense than the Spurs do. Since we beat both teams, and luck always seems to be on the Mavs side (injuries, extra points/free throws) in the playoffs, we feel that it is our year. Championship teams have great talent, but always a little luck on the way. I saw luck firsthand watching the Judson Rockets move through the playoffs last year, and have the same feeling about the Mavs. <p></p><i></i>

The Suns fans and the Lakers fans were quite sure their team would win as well. <p>-Brian</p><i></i>

I beg to differ. I have a very good friend that is a Laker fan and not once after a Spurs win did I call to taunt him - it is bad form and also bad luck IMO to run your mouth before the deal is done...... <p></p><i></i>
